เอลวีร่า เนบิอูลลิน่า (Эльвира Сахипзадовна Набилулина) ผู้ว่าการธนาคารกลางแห่งรัสเซีย เอลวีร่า เกิดวันที่ 29 ตุลาคม 1963 ในกรุงอูฟ่า เมืองหลวงของสาธารณรัฐบัชกอร์โตสถาน (Ufa, Bashkortostan Republic, USSR) สหภาพโซเวียต  ครอบครัวของเธอมีเชื้อสายของตาตาร์ (Tatar) พ่อมีชื่อว่าซาคิปซาด้า คัมมัตนูรอฟ (Sakhipzada Khammatnurovn) มีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานขับรถ และแม่ชื่อว่าซุไลค่า  (Zuleikha Khamatnurovna) ทำงานเป็นผู้จัดการในโรงงาน เอลรีว่า เริ่มเรียนหนังสือที่โรงเรียนประถมหมายเลข 31 ในอูฟ่า  1986 จบการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยมอสโคว์ (Moscow State University) ในสาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ ระหว่างที่เรียนหนังสือเอลวีร่าได้พบรักกับยาโรสลาฟ คุซมินอฟ (Yaroslav Kuzminov) ซึ่งต่อมาเป็นสามีในอนาคตของเธอ แต่ในขณะนั้นคุซมินอฟทำงานเป็นอาจารย์สอนหนังสืออยู่ที่มหาวิทยาลัยในสาขาประวัติศาสตร์เศรษฐกิจ คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ 1991 เข้าทำงานที่สหภาพวิทยาศาสตร์และการค้า (USSR Scienctific and Industrial Union) สหภาพโซเวียต ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าผู้เชี่ยวชาญพิเศษในคณะกรรมการปฏิรูปเศรษฐกิจ…

ประธานาธิบดี คนที่ 5 ของสหรัฐฯ เจ้าของแนวคิด Monroe Doctrine มอนโร เกิดวันที่ 28 เมษายน 1758 ในเวสต์มอร์แลนด์เคาน์ตี้, เวอร์จิเนีย (Westmoreland county, Virginia) ครอบครัวของเขาทำการเกษตรมีฐานะปานกลาง ฟาร์มของพวกเขามีขนาดประมาณ 200 เฮกเตอร์  มีทาสอยู่ในการปกครอง  พ่อของมอนโรชื่อว่าสเปนซ์ (Spence Monroe, 1727-1774) ส่วนแม่ชื่ออลิซาเบธ (Elizabeth Jones, 1730-1772) บรรพบุรุษของตระกูลมอนโรนั้นอพยพมาจากสก๊อตแลนด์ ในช่วงกลางศตวรรษที่ 17 โดยสืบตระกูลมาจากตระกูล Clan Munro ในสก็อต มอนโรเป็นลูกคนที่สองในพี่น้องทั้งหมดห้าคน ได้แก่ อลิซาเบธ, มอนโร, สเปนซ์, แอนดริว, โจเซฟ  ในวัยเด็กของมอนโร เขาได้เรียนหนังสือกับมารดาก่อนที่จะเข้าเรียนในโรงเรียน 1769 ตอนอายุ 11 ปี มอนโรเข้าเรียนที่สถาบันแคมเบลล์ทาวน์ (Campbelltown Academy) แต่ว่าเรียนได้แค่สามเดือนก็ต้องออกจากโรงเรียน เพราะว่าที่บ้านต้องการแรงงานไปช่วยงานในฟาร์ม …
